ADVISORY.
COORDINATED.
PROFESSIONAL.
Dragoni Partners LLP is a boutique business and strategic advisory firm. Our role is to understand a client's objectives, examine the wider commercial picture, develop and coordinate appropriate strategic solutions and, where required, work alongside suitably qualified specialist advisers and service providers.
We do not present the existence of a structure as an answer in itself. Any proposed arrangement must be considered in the context of the client's circumstances, commercial purpose, applicable law, tax position, governance and implementation requirements.
Dragoni Partners LLP
Dragoni Partners LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales under number OC385984. Its registered office is 53 Davies Street, London W1K 5JH.
Strategic advice and coordination.
Our work may include strategic business review, international and cross-border structuring considerations, ownership and asset-protection planning, succession considerations and the coordination of appropriate professional input. The precise scope of any assignment is agreed with the client.
We do not hold ourselves out as an FCA-authorised financial adviser.
Dragoni Partners does not use this website to offer regulated investment advice or to invite clients to acquire a particular regulated investment. Where a client's objectives involve an activity for which regulatory authorisation or specialist permissions are required, that activity must be undertaken by, or referred to, an appropriately authorised or otherwise entitled professional or firm.
The regulatory treatment of an activity depends upon its particular facts. Nothing on this website should be understood as stating that an activity is outside regulation merely because it forms part of a wider business or structuring assignment.
The right expertise, at the right point.
Depending upon the assignment, implementation may involve independent legal counsel, tax advisers, accountants, fiduciary or corporate-service providers, banking or payment providers and other specialists. Such parties may have their own regulatory status, professional obligations, engagement terms and responsibilities.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the appointment of a third-party professional does not make that party an employee, agent or representative of Dragoni Partners.
Individual circumstances matter.
References to taxation, trusts, companies, ownership, international arrangements or legal concepts on this website are general in nature. Tax consequences and legal effectiveness depend upon the facts, jurisdictions, residence and domicile positions where relevant, applicable legislation and the way an arrangement is actually operated.
Clients should obtain appropriate legal and tax advice before implementing material arrangements.
Before implementation comes verification.
Assignments may be subject to identity verification, know-your-client procedures, anti-money-laundering and source-of-funds or source-of-wealth enquiries, sanctions screening and other due-diligence requirements imposed by Dragoni Partners or by participating professional and service providers.
We may decline or discontinue an assignment where appropriate requirements cannot be satisfied.
Substance before form.
Our approach is founded on the proposition that structures should have a credible purpose and be capable of being operated consistently with their legal and commercial design. Governance, decision-making, substance, documentation and ongoing administration may therefore be as important as the structure itself.
Advice is not a promise of result.
No professional adviser can responsibly guarantee the future tax, legal, regulatory, commercial or financial treatment of an arrangement. Laws, interpretations, individual circumstances and regulatory approaches can change. Any illustrations, examples or discussions of potential outcomes must therefore be considered in their proper context.
The scope is defined before the work.
A professional relationship with Dragoni Partners arises only when the relevant engagement has been accepted and applicable onboarding requirements have been completed. Engagement documentation should identify the scope of our role, fees and other material terms.
